Water Efficiency

Hot Water Heaters
Two energy efficient hot water heaters are installed in series into a whole house loop system. Each hot water heater and circulation pump has a timer to turn off at night and during pick demands. This system saves on the amount of water you use and the amount of electricity you use to heat it. You can save up to 12% off your energy bill with this hot water loop system.

 Vanity faucets and Toilets
Moen’s Brantford and Eva faucets, along with the American Standard Cadet 3 series toilets meet the WaterSense criteria to conserve water without sacrificing performance.  WaterSense is a program sponsored by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to promote water efficiency (it is similar in nature to the EPA's Energy Star program). A product with the WaterSense label indicates that it meets water efficiency and performance criteria outlined by the EPA to help you reduce water use in your home.

Irrigation System
The irrigation system has been design for separate zones. The bedding zones are installed with a low–volume drip hose to save water. A rain sensor has been installed to shut off the system when watering is unnecessary.
